I will be spending weekends away from early spring onwards and offer my lovely traditional apartment in the 11th arrondissement for sublet.
I would prefer to have someone take this on as a regular thing but will consider separate lets. The price would be 150 for the 2 nights to include cleaning, WIFI access, all light, heating and electricity. If you took on this arrangement on a regular basis it would be 500 per month
The arrangement would be that the apartment was available for your use from Friday until Sunday (2 nights). There might be flexibility around an extra night either Thursday or Sunday on occasion.
